What is the Deposit and Refund policy?

Deposit Terms:

A non-refundable deposit (approximately 25% of the camp fee)is
required with the application form which will be subtracted from the total fee.

Those paying the residual 75% of the camp fee by check should make all checks payable to: "GoalKeeper One Soccer LLC."

Please note that our refund policy is as follows:

•Maximum refund is 75% of any camp fees paid in full. 25% of camp fees are non-refundable. Check funds and credit
card payments must be cleared through GoalKeeper One Soccer LLC account prior to any refund being issued.

•Refunds for all or part of the residual 75% will be considered only if notification of absence is given 10 days in advance of camp start date.

•Credit for camp fees can be transferred to future camp registration instead of a refund, if notice is given prior to the start of camp. Deductions from the credited amount will
include credit card processing fees and other possible fees.

All cancellations must be received in writing 10 days prior to your date of check-in in order to qualify for a refund - less your deposit. Failure to meet this deadline could result in forfeiture of all refund payments.
